This Love Circle is open to all who identify as woman, age 16 years and over.
The more we say yes, when we mean no, the further we travel from our truth, and the further our life diverts away from what is meant for us.
Where does “no” live in your body?
When do we say “yes” when we feel “no”? How do we know the difference?
What do we feel when we express our “no” clearly?
How do we express our “no” without conflict?
How loud does our “no” need to be to feel right?
Saying “no” is not just about touch – consent is needed everywhere in our life.
How does it feel when our “no” is expressed, then honoured!!!
